Ken and Kathy Wieser found KK Ranch in late 2006 and fell in love. Since moving in they have been fervently working on making K K Ranch INC. a wonderful home for their three rescued horses (Stratus, Sunny, & Chance).
Soon after moving in, the Wieser's decided to register and open K K Ranch INC. as boarding and training facility following the understanding that horses have become the love of their lives. They were driven to raising the standards for high quality horse training and instruction with a family oriented structure in mind. Together, the Wiesers' and their trainer, Melissa A. Landwersiek, have built a successful family oriented Boarding and Training Facility for equestrians and horse lovers of all ages and levels of experience and desires.

Ken Wieser:
Ken is native to Florida, raised in Martin County and had never been around horses until K K Ranch INC. Now he cares daily for his rescued Thoroughbred, Stratus. Ken is self employed and with the help of Kathy juggles his three companies (K K Ranch INC., Florida Pole Setters INC., & Equestrian Sun Shade INC.) but still finds time to play with Stratus and help out in and around the barn.
Kathy Wieser:
Kathy was also born in Florida and grew up with horses but as a teen was forced to sell them to follow her families move out of the state. She was reunited with her lost love for horses when her and Ken made the move into K K Ranch Inc. Kathy works as an Accountant daily and comes home to care for her family including two daughters, the dogs and horses. She started training with Melissa in the beginning of 2009, is now an avid equestrian with the hope of becoming an Apprentice to her trainer. Kathy is competing successfully as a Hunter on Tater (One of Melissa's Horses) and has been coming home with plenty of ribbons!
Brooke Wieser:
Brooke is one of Kathy and Ken's daughters who just recently took up riding, is very enthusiastic about horsemanship and loves horses. Brooke has found her love to be dancing but when she is not at dance practice you can find her in the barn helping with chores and caring for the horses. She is also a part of our show team and is cheering on the K K Ranch Show Team at every show we go to.
McKenna Wieser:
McKenna is one of Kathy and Ken's daughters who is also an enthusiastic and avid equestrian. She has been riding for about two years and is advancing swiftly. She competes successfully as a Hunter and has come home with plenty of ribbons and trophies on her horse Sunny. McKenna trains with Melissa A. Landwersiek, and is currently studying Hunt Seat Equitation on the flat and over fences.
